The NH series designation on this 4-inch muffler indicates it is part of the Neighbor Hater class of exhaust. In fact, it uses the same style core as the standard Neighbor Hater mufflers. That means it's a bit louder than our standard offerings. It produces that deep rumble you expect, but with a more emphatic growl. It has the same familiar and popular sound as our original Neighbor Hater, but in a more sophisticated design. You can sneak out of our driveway in the morning at low rpm, but everyone will hear you return later in the day.
Its machined, dual-cut tip gives this muffler a high-class look to match its roar. Available in chrome or black with black tip.

The state of California considers aftermarket exhaust systems to be legal replacement parts for non-catalyst equipped motorcycles and/or if slip-on mufflers are installed downstream of the OEM catalysts.
California does not allow the use of aftermarket systems that remove original equipment catalysts, (except for racing use only) unless the Air Resources Board has issued an Executive Order for that system.
For California riders we offer Air Resources Board approved Fi2000 R ARB units. (ARB E.O. No. D-633-1). All other Fi2000 models are not legal for street use in California.
