This new El Diablo 2-into-1 is as mean as they get, designed specifically for Dyna and Sportster owners. One quick and easy way to increase horsepower on your bike is to install one of our 2-into-1 systems. Our new upswept 2-into-1 for Dynas and Sportsters uses equal length headers, mated to a cone megaphone muffler. The collector is one of a kind and is placed before the foot pegs, creating the most efficient mating of the exhaust gases, and in turn generating more performance. The rear cylinder header runs forward and wraps around the ignition cover for a sleek look, and more clearance for the oil dip stick.
The 4-inch machined aluminum tip is powder coated black, and etched with the Cobra logo. The tip’s reverse cone shape tastefully compliments the upswept round muffler. Heat shields cover the exhaust headers and the collector nestles beneath a simple chromed/or black cover.
Available in chrome with black tip or black with black tip.
For 2004-2006 models, bungs must be plugged.
Does NOT work with forward controls

The state of California considers aftermarket exhaust systems to be legal replacement parts for non-catalyst equipped motorcycles and/or if slip-on mufflers are installed downstream of the OEM catalysts.
California does not allow the use of aftermarket systems that remove original equipment catalysts, (except for racing use only) unless the Air Resources Board has issued an Executive Order for that system.
For California riders we offer Air Resources Board approved Fi2000 R ARB units. (ARB E.O. No. D-633-1). All other Fi2000 models are not legal for street use in California.
