Turn Out 2-into-1

Designed to work with big wheeled Baggers with stretched bags, our Turn-Out 2-into-1 system is more than just a successful styling exercise. It actually makes great power and sounds awesome with its raucous loud rumble. It also has some additional features that allow it to stand out in the crowd of me-two full systems. It will work on conventional Baggers, though it may lessen ground clearance when leaned over.

First, we merged the 1 7/8ths inch head pipes into a large 2.25-inch collector that steps up to a 2.5-inch perforated core. We wrapped that core in a stainless-steel screen then enclosed it in a fiberglass pillow to get the performance and sound we wanted.

We then covered the collector with a large one-piece heat shield that is held in place with two clamps and stamped the Cobra logo on it as well. We used a 4-inch muffler body capped with a 4-inch machined aluminum dual-cut tip that features small alluvial flutes.

And perhaps best of all the body can be rotated 10-degrees up from its center position allowing the rider to determine the final positions. And it works with either stock or extended bags.

NOTE: ROTATING THE MUFFLER BODY INTO A DOWNWARD POSITION MAY CAUSE THE TIP TO TOUCH DOWN DURING CORNERING.

    Emissions Notice

    The state of California considers aftermarket exhaust systems to be legal replacement parts for non-catalyst equipped motorcycles and/or if slip-on mufflers are installed downstream of the OEM catalysts.

    California does not allow the use of aftermarket systems that remove original equipment catalysts, (except for racing use only) unless the Air Resources Board has issued an Executive Order for that system.

    For California riders we offer Air Resources Board approved Fi2000 R ARB units. (ARB E.O. No. D-633-1). All other Fi2000 models are not legal for street use in California.
